The large Victorian cameo brooch is a beautiful example of shell work featuring a pretty profile of a lady. The brooch has a twist pattern around its edge that tests as 9kt gold but does not have a hallmark. There is a strong pin on the back of the brooch to secure it to clothing. To care for the large Victorian cameo brooch use a soft lint-free cloth and gently dust it when required.
